United Health Care & Best Buy

I am in the process of waiting for an approval from UHC. I called and they said I do not have an exclusion, but I have read where other people did not have an exclusion and were denied. My husband works for Best Buy and I was wondering if anyone out there has had prtoblems with them? Please help I feel like I am going insane, the waiting is making me so anxious.
