12-1800 calories at 10.5 months post???

Ok....here is the deal. I have been tracking my calories on fitday.com and I am getting anywhere from 1200-1800 in a day. Recently it has been closer to 1800. Aproaching a year out I am wondering if this is acceptable or if it is going to stop my weight loss in it's tracks. I have gone from 334 to 160 (a personal goal) but wouldn;t mind loosing 15 more. I workout ALOT. For example I ran 2 miles yesterday and taught a Martial Arts class then worked out in my other KungFu classes for 2 hours. Today I will be sparring (fighting) for an hour and lifting weights. During the week I average 3 hours of working out a day. When I get home at night I am STARVING and I really don't think it is head hunger. Last night when I got home, before bed I had a small salad with cheese and nuts and haf a banana. My calories are mainly all high protein foods. My theory is I need the extra calories to sustain myself during this high level of activity. Weight loss has slowed down to just a couple Lbs in the last month and hardly anything the few weeks before that. But I am also obviously putting on muscle. I guees my point is.....should I be counting calories? Am I going to go back to old ways of eating by eating this many calories? Or am I freaking over nothing? Can you guys help me out here??
