tubes cut during the wls? anyone consider it or heard of it?

hi everyone. just a question relating to birthcontrol issues. Has anyone ever heard of or considered for themselves getting their tubes cut and tied or whatever during the same time they under went their wls surgery? I thought it would be cool since they already have you open and are probably removing your gall bladder also why not do the tubes.?
