I need some encouragement.
I had my surgery RNY on Feb. 5th. I started out losing great. I was losing 4 lbs. a week like clockwork. Now since the middle of May I have only lost 6lbs. I am getting so discouraged. I have another 50 to go and it sounds hopeless now. I am exercising and drinking water. Trying to eat right. Protein for breakfast, chef salad for lunch and at supper I eat a little of what everyone else is eating minus white carb's. Has anyone else done this and then all of a sudden the weight started going again? I am scared cause I can feel that old feeling coming back. The feeling of what the heck I may as well eat. I started out at 255 and I am at 195 now. I know this is great but when I think of how much I have to go yet I get scared. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
