anyone familar with cori center in warren , michigan

I have submitted all history, pcp letter, psyc. evaluation, and lab. work. The person I had been talking with said she was submitting it all to the review board and I would be hearing in about a week to set a consultation. It has been over a week and I called to check on the progress and the person I was talking to previous has no longer works there. She had told me after my consultation it does not take long to schedule the surgery. I was so upset today when I called and the person i talked to did not know where my file was at and going to call me back..anyone been to cori center?
