Surgery rescheduled due to high liver enzymes.. anyone else?

Does any one know how serious high liver enzymes are going in to surgery? I was all clear for my pre op and got clearance for surgery then 5 days later my live enzymes went up 3x what they are suppose to be. Does any one know why this happens? Has anyone gone into surgery with high liver enzymes? My surgery is rescheduled for May 12th..is there anything I can do about it? Thank you
