what else can i take for this flu.

I am very congested, have a running nose that wont stop,i vomit from the pain of my mirgane headache. I have had this sence 3/22/03. i went to the doctors , she gave me amoxxicilin.(antobitic). and suggested i take an over the counter allergy medicine...in adition to that i went out last night and bought tylonal sinus and cold...night time. is this ok to take? will the type of tylonel i bought post pone my surgery. Also what can i do for this horrid headace. my whole body hurts from my caves to my spine and shoulders...This is not the condition i was plaaning on being in, prior to surgery...ANy suggestions......
