Anyone have a sure fire PLATEAU BUSTER plan??? I am getting desperate!

What, if anything, has worked for you to break a really long plateau? Mine is taking on a life of it's own. I even skipped my follow-up with my surgeon because I am kind of discouraged at my standstill. Any and all advice is welcome...as long as it's nice!!!!!!! E-mail me or post it here!
