Need Supportive PCP in William Beaumont Network- Michigan

I need a supportive PCP in William Beaumont Network in Michigan. My PCP won't refer me to the hospital weightloss clinic I started paying for out of pocket. They are not keen on surgery either, but there is a great surgeon in the area, and the clinic physician said that approval for me, b/c of my BMI and co-morbidities should not be an issue. I just need a PCP that will refer me to the surgeon.
