I need names of Lap surgeons Dr.'s in California that take Blue Cross of CA PPO

If you have Blue Cross of CA and have had LAP RNY - Please tell me your surgeon's name. I need to find a new surgeon that doesn't require you too loss 10% of your body weight before they will operate.
