The doctor today said I had to be on the c-pap for 2 weeks prior to him giving the ok

to the surgeon for surgery. The settings are at 8 & 5. Said also that the surgery probably would not correct the sleep apnea. Family doctor says just the opposite, that it would correct it. Can someone help me here, I am confused and getting anxious.
