Looking a Blue Cross of CA PPO Dr. in San Franicsco Bay Area to do my surgery

I'm checking out the following doctors: Dr. Wetter, Dr. Patti, & Dr. Jossart. Only Dr. Patti is on my isurance plan and Dr. Wetter is less experensive then Dr. Jossart who charges $3000 for a program fee - which when I called to ask what that included, they were very vague. Does anyone have feedback on Doctors that I've listed or know of any others in the San Francisco Bay area?
