1 yr. post op - now nausea after breakfast

I'm almost 13 months post-op and have noticed recently that every morning about 1/2 - 1 hour after eating I feel nauseated (no, I'm not pregnant!) and have abdominal cramps. It doesn't happen any other time of the day so I know I don't have a problem with my stoma or anything. I was wondering if anyone else ever experienced this and if they have any suggestions?
