I have noticed that my food intake probably isn't what it should be.

When I had my surgery (lap rny) the doctor took a piece of fascia from my leg and wrapped it around my new pouch. I was wondering if anyone else has had this done to them. I find it very hard to get enough food in. I know we aren't supposed to eat alot. From what I understand people have actually stretched thier pouch a small amount and can now eat a bit more. I don't want to be able to eat alot. But, it would be nice to eat a bit more than a 1/4 cup. The diet my doctor placed me on, I was supposed to gradually increase my meal size to about 1 cup over 30 to 45 min. I have never been able to get more than a 1/4 cup at a time. The only way I can get 20 to 30 grams of protein is to figure out my daily needs and then graze on it all day. I feel like this is cheating. Otherwise, I get so frustrated because I can't get anywhere enough protein in with 3 or 4 small meals in. Protein drinks are just horrendous. My big question is has anyone else had fascia placed around their pouch and have they noticed any problems getting their nutrition in?
