Why am I so tired at 6 weeks?
This last week has been very stressful to start with, but I am very tired through the day. After I'm up for about 4 hours I need a nap. I can easily sleep for 3 or 4 hours. I don't think it is the stress, because it is not on my mind anymore. I am taking all of the vitamins the doctor told me to. I had a B12 shot 3 weeks ago. I have felt really good, very happy, and optimistic since the surgery. I even have "pretty dreams". Do you think it could be post op depression, or am I tired because I'm still healing inside. I had lap RNY and my doctor told me at my 3 week check up since my wounds have healed nicely and I'm not in any pain I could start light exercising and light weight training. I feel great physically except when I eat and I get major gas pains. They go away in a few minutes. I can't figure out why I'm tired. Help. I am getting more than enough water in most days. The last 2 days have been very tough getting it in though. Any suggestions, I just feel very tired and week in the arms, kind of scatter brained at times. Maybe I'm not eating enough since I get such gas pains, I stop before I know I'm full. Any Suggestions PLEASE. Carla
