Can someone help me with answers about Dr. Goodman and his steps to surgery?

I have an appointment with Dr.Goodman on August 16,2001. It's my first appointment with him and I am a little nervous about everything. Could someone who has gone to Dr.Goodman please give me the step by step process from the first appointment to the surgery it would be greatly appreciated.
