My sister needs Insurance in order to have WLS. Any suggestions?

She works for a local school district and they do not provide any Insurance plans nor does her husbands job. If anyone has had WLS through any government organization or joined any Insurance company in lew of or anticipation of having WLS please e-mail me with this information and contact numbers and addresses.
