How long should I wait until I 'call everyday' for my answer from the Insurance...?

Hello everyone. I haven't been online in Eons because I am afraid to be online when the Insurance company calls or the Surgeon's office. It has been 5 weeks since my surgical consultation. It has been almost 4 weeks since they faxed over the letter. (They mailed it, but 'it didn't get received'). My insurance says that it will take 4-6 weeks for approval. So since it is just about 4 weeks now, should I sit tight? The big thing is, each time I call, I get the same gal who handles Insurance Claims for my husband's particular business. I don't want to piss her off. I do call once a week, and she seems a bit agitated. She isn't that rude or anything, but keeps telling me to wait the 4-6 weeks first. Anyone got Advice for me?
