I have large red painful bumps under my arm. They feel like blisters...

This is an embarrasing question for me to ask, but... I have these red painful bumps under my arm. They are located either where my bra strap goes, on my side, or on the inside of my upper arm. They feel and look like blisters. I have extremely good hygene habits too. Are these pimples?? Or are they blisters?? It hurts when my arms rub against my body. As a MO person, I have rather large upper arm area. They range in size too. Sometimes, they are small and very numerous, (like a rash). Sometimes, they are huge, like a big blister, and is sore around the bump as well. (Dime size, or even Nickel size). Nothing I do makes them go away. Any suggestions? Am I the only one? Thank you.
