Is it true that once I have my gall bladder out I will lose the wight faster?

Hi all, I am set to have gall bladder surgery on Monday, June 26. I had my RNY on Nov 10, 1999 and have lost 91 pounds so far. I have about 50 more to go and I have heard that after GBsurgery it gos faster. Is that true?
