is this something that will go away

i am 4wks post,op i have developed a tender to touch ouside and a blocked feeling inside in my breastbone areaand below. it makes eating and drinking uncomfortable.i also have to burp air from that area for any relef of pressure. my back aches in same area. i do not have my gallbladder.
