Has anyone ever had roux en y performed after stapling?

I had stapling done 6 years ago at 600 lbs. Stapling reduced me to 344. Had a baby last year and now at apx. 375. Considering the roux en y procedure for more weight loss. Arthritis is getting severe and not able to lose any more weight on my own. Can anyone help?
