Does anybody have Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel, before my surgery, and is now worse. Does anybody have it, and what helps you? I have diarrhea everytime I eat protein, drink water, just constantly in the bathroom with diarreha. Please help.
