Has anyone experienced muscle twitches mainly in the legs?

I had the gastric bypass which went very well with almost no pain. after 3 days post op my legs especially my left leg felt very heavy and i became extremely dizzy. my legs and body act as though i am freezing cold and shiver resulting in tightening of my muscles. The symptoms were similar to a stroke. it was checked out neg for stroke but i still have these symptoms, has anyone had anything like this?
