how do I get rid of five pounds that crept up?
I'm really frustrated. Some meals I can eat too much and have to focus not to overeat; some meals am lucky that I can barely eat. I must be doing something wrong as in June I weighed 124-126. Now I weigh 131. The scale just keeps coming up. For breakfast I eat a bowl of cereal with bluberries or a yogurt, lunch is chicken with salad, dinner is lean cuisine or a protein with salad. I snack on four dried apricots with a handful of almonds or an orange or a sugar free fat free ice cream bar. I lift weights daily and work out three times a week.I am uncomfortable at this weight and when I had my period and the scale hit 137 one night, I had to keep reminding myself it was just water. Now it's over and I'm 131, it seems every month that I gain a pound. Please help. Is there a a better daily menu? Do I need to buy a scale for my food? Should I eat a protein drink for a meal instead?
