Help me, please. Could it be possible that I developed another?

Tonight I felt an awful pain, I went up to the bathroom and found a large buldge closer to my belly button! I pushed it and it did the weird buldge thing that my hernia had done. Is it possible to get another hernia only a week after my surgery????????!!!!!! Did the mesh slide??? Or could it be some odd swelling? Or could the surgeon have done a shoddy job?????
