I can't figure out, why am I having pain after 20 months post-op ????

Hi all, I'm 20 months out, an have had a smooth recovery and good wt loss. thus far. But just recently, after I eat. I have been having hard rolling pain shooting through my stomach. even water has activated it. two of those days had me moaning in pain. nothing usually bothers my stomach, but now all of a sudden I can't eat anything without feeling discomfort. It doesn't make me vomit. plus I have my gallbladder out. so I know this isn't the reason. any ideas what maybe happening. I will be seeing my doc real soon. Thanks
