Swelling? How Long? Aspirate? Binder How Long?

I didn't realize that after a tummy tuck that a binder is essential for recovery. How long does one have to wear it? Also, I have gained 6 pounds since the drains came out and it seems one side is bigger than the other. It is not a great big difference but it seems fuller. Do I need to get this drained? When should you have them aspirated. I know alot of questions in one sitting, but I need all the answers even parts of them at this time. Your help is greatly needed. Patti
