1 week postop TT, what should pain level be?

I am one week post-op TT and have not seen a decrease in my pain level. When did you start to feel the pain ease. My inceasion line is hard and skin pulled tight but I can walk almost straight, am I aggrevating the increasion by not walking stupped?
