H-pylori - ulcer-stricture ???

Haveing pain in center of back, and on right side around rib/breast cage area. Vomiting occassionaly, but not ever time I eat. Dr said he thought wasn't a stricture because I wasn't vomiting everytime I ate. Can an ulcer cause vomiting? And what is H-pylori?? Any help would be great, I have an appointment this afternoon and whould like some advise to go into his office with...THANKS...Or could these symptoms be totally unrealted to WLS and I'm overreacting...
