Seeking Post Ops 2-3 yrs out that gained weight-can you pinpoint why?

I'm 14 months post-op LAP RNY. I've done better than I could've ever imagined. I was 250lbs. (5'2") and in a size 22, now I am 125 and in a size 2/4. My biggest fear is that in 1 or 2 more years when things don't work as well or slow down, will I stay this size? For those of you who've gained weight, did you slack off? Do you know exactly why you gained? Or was it you ate the same and still gained (my worst fear) I eat about 1200 calories a day (give or take), mostly healthy, but I do snack (NOT graze) and can eat sweets. I also get in 75+ grams of protein daily and exercise 3 times a week. I know I will always have to watch what I eat, and I do gain and lose 1-5lbs. all the time (is this normal?) Can any of you calm fears? I know I need to live in the present, but the future has me a nervous wreck, I'm terrified of being obese again. Thanks so much!
