Has anyone fainted post op?

I am almost 7 months post op and last weekend I went to a bar with some friends. I had forgotten to eat dinner before I went. I had one drink. I was standing there conversating with friends and then I fainted. everyone thought I was drunk and passed out. After a minute, I was aware of things. I was sweating like crazy. When I tried to get up and walk again, I fainted again. After the second time I was fine within 10 minutes. This really scared me and everyone around me. I have never fainted before. Could it have been cause I didnt have any food in my stomach? thanks in advance!
