Yes, another

I am pre-op now. As is, I can pretty much peel wall-paper with my gas these days. I've always been like this. Loud, smelly "tooting" as its called in my house. And our small bathroom just makes it echo (sorry...) anyway...Will this improve with surgery...or GASP...get worse?
