Elevated Pt & Ppt results

Had my PATs done and PT & PPT results were elevated; retested, same result. Has anyone experienced this and still been able to have the surgery? Have to see a hematologist, but Rosemary in Dr. Ballantyne's office has hinted that I might not be able to have the surgery. Hopefully she's speaking out of turn, cause she's not the doctor, but now I'm scared.
