Im approved thru Tricare, but cannot find a Dr who isnt booked!

Tricare has been great, and fast. I only have insurance for 2 more months, but am approved. The problem is, all the local civilian Drs are booked for at least 2-4 months for even a consult, and the Army Drs are deployed! Please help with any advice you can give. I feel like giving up.
