Am I feeling hunger pains?

I am over 1 year out and sometimes I feel this "slight" pain right under my left breast. Often when I have not eaten in a while. My doc has checked me for everythign and since I have never feet hungry I am wondering if this is my new tummy feeling hungry. I remember sometimes when I was dieting that I would have some hunger pains but this is much higher. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Also....nausea in the morning...yuck...but I was never a morning eater. So actually this is normal for me but yuuuuccckkk.
