Anyone regret getting an arm lift/brachioplasty?

I am almost 1 year post-op and starting to think about plastic surgery. I exercise faithfully, but my arms were really huge when I had surgery...not I look like BatGirl...no, not the Super Heroe..more like a female bat who can spred her wings and fly with the best of them! I am starting to research plastic surgery and although I really want to have my arms done I am terrified of the scars. Is there anyone out there who have had their arms done that wish they hadn't? Any thoughts on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
