Has anyone had lap-band surgery with Dr. Irgau, located in Wilmington/Newark, DE.

I recently found his name on the lap-band official website. I know he has performed gastric by-pass, but none of the Dr. comments on this website give much information about him and lap-band isn't mentioned at all. I'd really appreciate any feedback,
