Can anyone point me in the direction of a dr. that may be in my plan?

My insurance is changing on January 1, 2003. I was approved on November 14, 2002 with the specific directions that my surgery has to be done in network before January 1. I asked the insurance co. and my employer for doctors that are approved to do this surgery but they insist that they know of none. What do I do now?
