Anyone have HealthSCOPE ins in MI through KOYO??

I have looked under the insurer section, and only see one listing for HealthSCOPE. I am just curious if anyone has had the surgery approved that is with them. The insurance is through KOYO Corporation-- The is no exclusion, but that doesn't mean much, I guess. ANy help would be appreciated
