Has Anyone had insurers switch after all pre-op, before surgery???

My husband is starting a new job and my insurance is going from BC/BS to HealthSCOPE benefits. The surgery is covered under the new insurance, but I am wondering if I am going to have problems now. I have completed all the BC/BS pre-requisites except the sleep study and I am wondering what type of effect this would have now. Anyone have a problem like this??
