ways to enhance long term success- should we not get the sense of fullness?

I am 2 months post-op and am doing pretty well, I think. I have lost almost 50 pounds. I get in between 80-110 ounces of water everyday and usually 65 grams of protein (which needs to be increased soon). I was reading pouch rules for dummies. SHould we not get that uncomfortable sense of fullness when we eat? I usually don't, i always eat just enough and stop eating before I am full. B/C it was saying that fullness can eventually stretch your pouch overtime. Does anyone have thoughts on that? I just want to be successful with RNY longterm! thanks! :)<p> And is 2 ounces of chicken ok to eat for a meal at 2 months post-op? that's what i usually get in. I didn't know if that's too much, but i can handle that much, but no more.
