Dr McCartys Meetings & pre tests

I'm looking to find out what kind of pre-testing Drs. McCarty & Kuhn require and if it's possible for me to get started on those asap. I have Aetna PPO, if that matters. Also, I'm attending the July 11th seminar, and would love to have some people find me, introduce themselves, (we wear nametags, yes?) and then let me drool with envy all over them while asking gobs of questions. Any volunteers?! :-p Beth
