New Post-ops- all over body soreness?

I am a new post-op, had surgery May 31. I walk around the house every 2 hours to keep moving, and usually will take my dog for a small walk, maybe 5-10 minutes, nothing big. but i feel soreness alot all over my body, especially in my thighs, arms and shins, more in the fatty areas. Has anyone else experienced this newly post-op? I'm really not over-exerting myself, just wondering what it could be, or if it could be from lying in bed and sitting. Thanks.
