I live in louisiana and have recieved info from ochsner health total one hmo.

Does anyone have any info on this company they are offering me an individual policy for $171.16 a month. The only exclusions I could find were health services for cosmetic purposes and cosmetic surgery were not covered.Is a Hmo the right choice? I am 25 with 2 boys weigh 246 and I am 5'3.I have insurance through my employer but uhc has a ironclad exclusion. Any info you have on ochsner would be great. Thanks Renee house [email protected]
