I live in Louisiana and have been looking into a Hmo offered

by Ochsner Health plan called Total Health One.The only exclusions I can find in this policy is that health services for cosmetic purposes and comestic surgery is not covered.Does anyone have this policy please give me some info...Thanks [email protected]
