How long does it typically take to get a surgery date after 1st consultation?

I have had all my bloodwork done and documented, have apptmts for psych and diet evaluation and have PCP letter of recommendation; not to mention all of my paperwork filled out. I have a first consultation to see a surgeon in late April, how long will it typically take to get a surgery date. I was hoping to get gastric bypass done during the summer b/c i am a college student. thanks. . .
