I'm having trouble finding a doc who will take cash.

I know there are good surgeons out there who will take cash. I have 20k saved up for the surgery and can't wait to have it done. I will travel anywhere in the country to have the surgery. So far have not had any luck with the docs listed on the message board as accepting self-pay. Does anyone know of other surgeons who might accept cash?
