How long after you sent papers to OSUH was it untill you had a surgery date?

I have to send my papers after I pick them up from my PCP ...my insurance says it covers surgery for the morbidly obese, so it should be no problem. I know that there will be a psyc. test and dietairy classes so if you have been thru it how long did it take until you had a surgery date? Thanks!
