Cigna ins question!!! HELP?????

I sent in my first appeal letter. Cigna recieved it on the 18th of July. I call them everyday to find out my status. They tell me everyday that they have 30 days to respond. Does anyone have a number or any ideas of who I could talk to to get this thing moving along?? I live in Az. Thanks
